| |
Seeking experienced shop leader to focus on customer service, shop management, and coordinate work for service technicians. Experience in Ag equipment and management preferred.

Service Writer / Service Administrator |

| Responsibilities include: Process repair orders in a timely manner and assist the Service Manager with scheduling technicians. Interact with customers, warranty department, and technicians to provide work order details. Provide administrative support to Service Managers. Job Requirements: High level of written and verbal communications skills. Technical/mechanical knowledge preferred. Farm equipment knowledge is beneficial. Basic computer skills required.
