| Chuck graduated from Messiah College in 1986 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing. Following graduation, he continued with the family business working in Service Management in Intercourse, PA. In 1989 Chuck became the Store Manager for the Middletown, DE location. As the 3rd generation of Hoober ownership and management, Chuck along with his brother Scott, look forward to providing excellence in product and support to the Mid-Atlantic agricultural producers. Chuck became the President of Hoober, Inc. in 2008. Chuck and his wife, a health professional, live in Maryland with their 3 children. |

| Scott graduated from Messiah College in 1989 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Following a three year term of playing professional soccer for the "Harrisburg Heat", he joined the family team working at the Hoober Intercourse location. In 1993 he moved into sales at the Middletown store until he became the Middletown Service Manager in 2000. In 2006, Scott transitioned to Middletown Store Manager and then in 2008 he became the Secretary and Treasurer of Hoober, Inc. Along with his family, Scott is looking forward to carrying Hoober through another generation of serving farmers in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Scott, his wife Karen, a Biochemistry Professor at the University of Delaware, and their three children reside in Cecil County, Maryland. |

| Charlie B. (Charlie) Hoober - Chairman |

| Charlie’s father, C.B. (Bud) Hoober, founded the Hoober business in 1941; also the year Charlie was born. Charlie, who was virtually born into the business, is the 2nd generation of Hoober family ownership; spending his entire life prioritizing customers and employees in the farm equipment industry. Since graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, Charlie has provided leadership to the family business in all aspects of Parts, Service, and Sales. Charlie is currently the Chairman of the Board and remains active in equipment sales. Providing additional direction over the past 40-years, Sally (Charlie’s’ wife), is still actively involved in the business. Charlie and Sally are fortunate to now see grandchildren involved in the family business. |

| Brad Hoffer - Controller |

| Brad joined Hoober in 2008 as Controller. With a 1999 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Penn State University, Brad coordinates and executes all of the financial activities for Hoober. His prior experience with auditing for PricewaterhouseCoopers and previous leadership as Controller for a petroleum company in the Philadelphia area, quickly added great value to the Hoober organization. Brad’s wife, Nicole is an Occupational Therapist who is actively involved with children of special needs education projects. Brad, Nicole, and their three boys reside in the Manheim area. |

| Richard D. (Dick) Bomberger - VP/Corporate Product Support Manager |

| Dick joined the Hoober organization in 1967. With over 40 years of experience, Dick leads the Parts Departments as Corporate Product Support Manager. Overseeing the Parts Departments of all Hoober locations, Dick provides expertise in parts purchasing and making inventory stocking decisions. Dick’s dairy farming background gives him the understanding of urgency of farm operations. Dick has taken the company’s Parts Department from a simple manual system to a fully integrated computerized control and point-of-sale system. Dick and his wife Joyce live in Intercourse. They have two children and enjoy time with their grandson. |

| Timothy J. Brinton - Store and Sales Manager - Intercourse, PA |

| Tim joined Hoober’s Sales Department in 1994 after graduating from Clarion University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Tim’s years of service in the Sales Department prepared him for understanding Hoober’s commitment to superior customer service. Tim’s thoroughness, along with commitment to both customers and employees, positioned him in leadership. Currently, Tim serves as the Store and Sales Manager of the Intercourse store. Tim resides in Lancaster County with his wife, Lisa, and their three children. |

| Michael G. (Mike) Null - Store and Parts Manager - Middletown, DE |

| Mike began his employment with Hoober in 1984. In 1986 he was promoted to Middletown’s Parts Manager. Mike played a major transitional role as Seaford Store Manager when Hoober incorporated the fourth store location in Seaford. Currently, Mike is the Store Manager for the Middletown, DE store. Originally from Chester County, PA, and a Pennsylvania State University graduate, Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Engineering. Prior to his employment with Hoober’s, he worked as an engineer in the oil fields of Texas. Mike, his wife Tammy, and family live in Greenwood, northwest Sussex County, Delaware. |

| Brad began his involvement in agriculture growing up on a family dairy farm. Brad earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Delaware Valley College in 1985. Following college, he joined the Sales Department in Middletown. In 1996 Brad became the Store and Sales Manager at McAlisterville. Brad is also the grandson of C.B. Hoober and nephew of Charlie Hoober. Brad’s wife, Sandy is a school teacher. Married in 1990, Sandy and Brad reside in the Mifflintown area and have four children (two sons and two daughters). |

| Alan M. Quillen - Store Manager - Seaford, DE |

| In 2002 Alan joined Hoober as the Seaford Parts Manager when the store location was included into Hoober, Inc. As a lifelong resident of Seaford, and his long term employment with Tull Brothers, Inc. (predecessor to Hoober in Seaford), Alan is connected to the community and agricultural producers of the Delmarva. Alan is a 1979 graduate of the Delaware Technical and Community College with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration with a concentration in Ag-Business. In 2005, Alan was promoted to Store and Parts Manager. Alan and his wife, Debbie, have one child and reside in Seaford. |
